move. breathe. be.

Movement in physical yoga practice is about more than just physical exercise — it's about flow, energy, and transformation.
Whether it's a strong Vinyasa practice, a gentle restorative session, or even mindful walking, movement helps release tension, build strength, and increase flexibility.
Every pose is purposeful, guiding you toward alignment and balance.
Connecting movement to breath creates mindfulness and presence.
Whether physical, mental, or emotional, movement helps break through barriers and invite change.
Breath is the foundation of yoga — the bridge between body and mind.
Through conscious breathing (pranayama), we regulate energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate awareness.
Deepening the breath, and extending the pause between inhale and exhale sends signals to the nervous system that all is well
Syncing breath with movement creates a meditative flow. One breath, one movement.
A deep inhale grounds you in the present; a slow exhale releases tension.
Yoga isn't just about doing — it's about being.
It invites you to step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of presence, authenticity, and inner peace.
Fully engage in each moment, whether on or off the mat.
Let go of judgment and embrace your unique practice.
Yoga unites mind, body, and spirit, fostering a sense of completeness and balance.
Move. Breathe. Be. captures the essence of yoga as a journey of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and authentic presence.
Namaste. I'm Julian, and yoga found me over a decade ago. What started as a means to recover from injury soon turned into a deep passion for balance, mental and physical well-being.
In 2025, after many years as a student, I travelled to Bali to undertake my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. This life changing experience expanded my understanding of the physical and spiritual practice of Yoga.
My personal practice borrows from many different lineages of Yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Rocket and I am currently studying for my 60hrs qualification in Yin.
